Busy? If you haven't claimed within 24 hours and you have a default address saved, we ship it there automatically. We'll remind you before then.

STEP 2 · TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN 48 HOURS
Within 48 hours of your claim, a shipping label is created and you get your tracking number by email and on your dashboard. Most of the time it's much faster.

Prizes ship to US addresses and typically arrive 3–7 business days after the label is created. Shipping is free.

If you don't have a tracking number 48 hours after claiming, or your package stalls, contact support. A person replies within 24 hours and we make it right.
