Summary

What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: display name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Shipping details: the names, addresses and (optional) phone numbers you save for prize delivery.
- Support messages: what you write to us, and your name and email if you contact us without logging in.
Information created when you use Bizargan
- Activity: bids, tracked auctions, power-ups used, claw game attempts, wins and claims.
- Purchases: which credit packs you bought, when, and the payment status reported by Stripe.
- Usage data: which days you visit and how you arrived at the site (for example, a referral link or campaign), used to understand and improve the service.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information in our server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To run your account, process bids and determine auction and game results.
- To process payments and add credits to your account.
- To ship prizes and send you tracking updates.
- To send service emails — receipts, win notifications, claim reminders and support replies.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and enforce our rules.
- To measure and improve the service, including testing different versions of features (for example, power-up prices).
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with providers that help us operate Bizargan, and only what they need:
- Stripe — payment processing and saved cards.
- Shipping providers and carriers — your name, shipping address and phone number to create labels and deliver prizes.
- Email delivery providers — your email address to send service messages.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to store data and run the site.
Your display name is visible to other members next to your bids and wins. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members.
Payment data
Card details are entered into a form hosted by Stripe and sent directly to Stripe. We receive only a reference to the payment or saved card (such as the card brand and last four digits), never the full card number or security code. Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, remember your session and protect forms against forgery. Stripe may set cookies on its payment forms for fraud prevention. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons (such as payment records), which we keep only as long as required.
Your choices & rights
- Update your name, email and password in Account settings, and manage addresses under Shipping addresses.
- Delete your account at any time from Account settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by contacting support. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we won't discriminate against you for using them.
Security
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, and payment data is handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and let us know right away if you notice anything suspicious.
