1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Bizargan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying bid credits you agree to them, together with our Auction rules, Delivery promise and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to buy credits or win prizes.
- One account per person. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Your display name is shown publicly next to your bids. Don't use a name that is offensive or impersonates someone else.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
3. Bid credits
- Bid credits are a prepaid, non-transferable license to place bids and use features on Bizargan. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law requires.
- Credits do not expire while your account is open.
- Each bid uses one credit. Power-ups and claw game attempts use the number of credits shown before you confirm.
- Credits used on bids, power-ups and games are consumed whether or not you win.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Credits are added once Stripe confirms the payment.
- Bonus credits (for example, from promotions) have no cash value and may not be refundable.
4. Refunds
Because credits can be used immediately, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once they are added to your account. However, we will always make it right if:
- you were charged more than once or charged the wrong amount;
- you paid but your credits were not added; or
- a technical fault on our side affected an auction or game you took part in (in which case we return the credits you spent on it).
If you bought a pack by mistake and haven't used any of its credits, contact us within 14 days and we'll review your request. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law. To request a refund, contact support and choose "Credits & billing".
5. Auctions & games
Auctions and the claw game run according to the Auction rules. Our server's records of bids, timers and game results are used to decide outcomes. If a technical problem affects the outcome of an auction or game, we may cancel or re-run it and return the credits spent on it.
6. Prizes & shipping
- Prizes are brand-new retail products unless the listing states otherwise. Product images are for illustration; the listing title and description describe what you'll receive.
- We ship free of charge to addresses in the United States, as described in our Delivery promise.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, but we'll help you resolve them.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to prizes where provided by the manufacturer.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to prizes you win.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use more than one account; use bots, scripts or other automated tools to bid or play; collude with other bidders; exploit bugs (please report them instead); or interfere with the site's security. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we close an account for a breach, we may cancel pending wins.
8. Changes & availability
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. We work hard to keep Bizargan available, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Bizargan is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
