How Bizargan works
Penny auctions are a little different from traditional auctions. This page explains every step — including exactly what bidding costs.

Create a free account
Sign up with your name and email. It costs nothing to join, browse auctions, or track the ones you like.

Buy a pack of bid credits
Credits are what you spend to bid. Each bid uses exactly one credit. Credits don't expire and are paid for securely through Stripe.

Bid during the final hour
Auctions open for bidding one hour before they end. Each bid raises the price by $0.01 and makes you the leading bidder.

Beat the clock
A bid placed with less than 15 seconds left resets the timer to 15 seconds. When the timer finally reaches zero, the leading bidder wins.
A worked example
Honest numbers matter, so here's what a typical auction looks like from a bidder's point of view.
- An auction for headphones (retail $249) opens at $0.01.
- 300 bids are placed in total, so the price climbs to $3.01.
- You placed 40 of those bids. That's 40 credits — about $8.28–$20.00 depending on your pack.
- Credits used on bids are spent whether you win or not. Only one person wins each auction.
Before you bid
- Most bidders in any given auction will not win it.
- Decide on a credit budget for each auction before it starts, and stop when you reach it.
- Never buy credits with money you need for essentials.
Bid credit pricing
The same prices for everyone. The price you see is the price you pay — taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Optional power-ups
During the final hour you can spend extra credits on power-ups such as a Shield or a Time Extension. They are entirely optional — you can win without them. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm.
How each power-up worksThe claw game
Some auctions also offer a claw game: spend a set number of credits for a 30-second attempt to grab a prize ball. It's a game of skill and chance — most attempts don't win, and the result is decided on our server, not in your browser.

When you win a prize, we email you a claim link. Choose a US shipping address and we'll send your tracking number within 48 hours. Shipping is free and typically takes 3–7 business days.
